🚢 Cruise Reservation Transfer Authorization & Consent

Transfer Authorization

I authorize Clemcations, an independent travel advisor affiliated with Cornerstone Collective and the Travel Leaders Network, to request the transfer of my existing cruise reservation from the cruise line to Clemcations, when permitted by the cruise line's transfer policies.

I understand that:

• Cruise reservation transfers are subject to the policies, deadlines, and approval of the cruise line.
• Not all reservations are eligible for transfer.
• Clemcations cannot guarantee that a transfer request will be approved.
• Once a reservation has been successfully transferred, Clemcations will become my primary travel advisor for that reservation and will assist with available planning, modifications, supplier communication, and travel support.

Reservation Information

I confirm that the reservation information I have provided is accurate and complete to the best of my knowledge.

Travel Planning Services

I understand that after my reservation has been transferred (if approved), Clemcations may assist me with services including, but not limited to:

• Cabin upgrades (subject to availability)
• Dining reservations
• Shore excursions
• Hotel accommodations
• Flights
• Ground transportation
• Travel insurance
• Special celebrations
• Pre- and post-cruise planning
• Additional travel recommendations

Availability and pricing remain subject to the cruise line and other travel suppliers.

Supplier Policies

I understand that Clemcations acts solely as an intermediary between me and the travel suppliers. Cruise line policies regarding pricing, promotions, cancellations, refunds, itinerary changes, and reservation transfers remain under the control of the supplier. Clemcations cannot alter or override supplier policies. This is consistent with Clemcations' role as an intermediary for travel suppliers.

Electronic Signature & Authorization

By signing below, I certify that:

• I am an authorized traveler or the primary guest listed on this reservation.
• I have the authority to request the transfer of this reservation.
• I have read and understand this Transfer Authorization.
• I authorize Clemcations to submit the reservation transfer request on my behalf.
